01. Requirements recording / initial consultation / second opinion

What problems; difficulties; pain points or desires do you have? In an initial discussion; we analyze the depth of impact together and identify initial ideas for a proposed solution. We would also be happy to give a second opinion on an existing project or concept and strengthen your skills by evaluating it from a different perspective.

02. IT architect and services

By planning or designing your IT infrastructure; we take care of issues such as procurement and delivery; installation; setup and even network cabling - coordinated with your IT or independently. In addition to commissioning; we also support you in optimizing an existing IT infrastructure; testing with monitoring or support (support) also afterwards; regularly or only on demand.

03. Consulting Services

With over 15 years of experience; we not only help you from an IT perspective (network; workstations; hardware; software); but also offer customized training to make your employees fit for existing or new computer systems or programs and up to date to keep. As DMS and ECM specialists; we are happy to optimize your processes or are available for special challenges.

04. Software architect and developer

If in-house developments are required; we offer the option to create individualized software in .NET C#; for example. We get along well with SharePoint and dox42 and are also available as an interface to other systems if there is no suitable solution on the market for your requirements.

Initial consultation

In a free initial consultation (approx. 1 hour) we will determine what problems; difficulties; pain points or wishes you have.

Determine depth of impact

Effects per topic to determine the priorities or connections (the cause often lies somewhere else than expected) and look at the topics without consideration and outside the box.

Analysis suggestion

Reveal a common understanding; possibly address basics or ideas about where the solution can be sought or suggested; as well as the preparation of the next steps such as deeper analysis; troubleshooting or conception of the change.

First suggested solutions

Proposed solution or best practice for each topic.

Next steps

Set up a further timetable; create next steps; tasks; tickets; involve other people or departments and create a suitable offer. It is quite conceivable that more time will be invested in this first session - perhaps because the cause or problem can be resolved more quickly.

Email summary

All important details of the meeting are sent together in an email - this serves as a reminder of any tasks; but also as a basis for further discussions. Depending on how the meeting goes; you will also receive an offer or basic information about services.

Request recording

The software used no longer meets all requirements or there is no digitalization in-house yet. Simple possible solutions; taking into account your own pain points and thinking outside the box; should be able to put together the requirements clearly and simply.

Planning and conception

structured approach to implementing new software should best be planned through experience with people and taking existing working methods into account. A clear idea should help all participants to implement a project better.

Technical implementation of new software or changes to existing software should take place in a comprehensible manner and in harmony with your own IT.
